As I mentioned in a previous issue, I donât want to buy a milk frother and am trying to find a zero-waste alternative. However, itâs way harder to get oat milk to froth because itâs less fat than milk (I think), but not impossible.
I tried several techniques highlighted in this article.
Just make sure to choose a âbaristaâ version of your preferred oat milk, these are formulated to froth (I have Oatly Barista Edition).
To froth oat milk, I just followed the bloggerâs advice and put it in a blender. My latte art sucked but the froth was all right.
Then I tried the âjarâ thing that is mentioned in the same article, but I must have made a mistake somewhere because it didnât work at all.
