Do you have a productivity system?

I use Notion + a journal + Google calendar to manage my full-time job, writing career, company, and personal life. Since I started using it, I:

  • created a healthy workout habit — I exercise 3x a week

  • finally picked my battles — I’m not drowning in projects and I follow through with my goals

  • designed my writing career — I established goals and systems to write consistently

  • designed a more fulfilling 9-5 — I achieve more at work and take on projects that passionate me

Basically, my system looks like this:

  1. I use Ali Abdaal’s Energy Portfolio

  2. I borrowed some of Clark Kegley’s journaling ideas

  3. I keep a detailed Google Calendar and schedule my week in advance

I’d be happy to share more of my tips and tricks in a video. Would you find it interesting?
