Ramblings
During my stay at Nine Coliving in Tenerife, where I had no less than 18 roommates, we used to have these weekly “family dinners” on the rooftop or in the garden.
Someone would take care of the BBQ and we would come together as a family of adventurers and travelers from all over the world.
I remember pouring wine, eating veggie burgers and chocolate salami, laughing, and listening to music all night long with my newfound friends.
Coliving was one of the best experiences of my life, and I can’t wait to do it again.

Make your own drink
I have been advised to give up on caffeine altogether (😭) but found a cool alternative: chicory root!
It tastes similar to coffee but is caffeine-free and very high in beneficial for digestion and gut health.
Here’s how to make a cup of chicory coffee.
Enjoy! ☕
