Here’s a gorgeous little film to start your week. It’ll please your eyes and ears! 👀👂
Ramblings
Compulsively bought — The book Why We Sleep: Unlocking the Power of Sleep and Dreams by Matthew Walker (it’s on sale). I haven’t read it yet, but so many people recommended this book and couldn’t stop saying how life-changing it was. Why We Sleep is, of course, all about sleep: why and how important it is, how to get the best sleep, and tons of interesting facts about sleep.
Added to my wishlist — Bill Gates’ How to Avoid a Climate Disaster: The Solutions We Have and the Breakthroughs We Need.
Bookmarked for later — “Five Things You Should Be Unapologetic About Wanting From Life” written by Ayodeji Awosika on Medium.
Loved — Maid on Netflix. It’s a beautiful limited series about a 25-year-old woman who becomes a maid to earn her independence and get away from her abusive boyfriend with her 2-year-old daughter.
Make your own drink
This summer, I visited Oropesa del Mar in Spain with my family. We rented an apartment just a few feet away from the sea, it was gorgeous.
My sister and I once had a thick hot chocolate with churros — delicious.
It’s an appropriate drink for cold days as well, so here’s how to make a Spanish-style hot chocolate at home.
Enjoy!
